I've been broke, figured it out the hard way, made a million dollars, and built the system I wish existed when I was eating rejection for breakfast with no paycheck and no playbook.

I grew up in Washington. Not wealthy. Not connected. Just a kid who figured out early that he could talk to people and make things happen.

Twenty years and thirteen companies later — Aramark, AT&T, LA Fitness, Sunrun, Lumio — that instinct turned into something real.

But it wasn't a straight line, Not even close!

I was the number 6th rep out of 4,000 at AT&T.

Making six figures.
Working 70 hours a week.
And... still broke!

Living in Seattle on $100K a year with debt, renting an apartment and car loans — I had maybe $2,000 left over at the end of the month. 

My boss told me to stick around, work my way up. I looked at him — exhausted, out of shape, still grinding at his desk — and thought: that's not the life I want to build.

So I left. Went into door to door and got humbled immediately!

So why did I stay? I stayed because a 22-year-old kid showed me a check for $57,000.

One month... $57K!

And I thought — if this guy can do that, I have to be able to figure it out. So I locked in and built a system from scratch. Scripts, frameworks, psychology, the whole thing. The same stuff that's now in the Wizard Sales System.

Eighty-seven days later I pushed my way into closing. The next 90 days? $137,000. I never looked back.

Then my wife and I asked ourselves.

Could we actually build wealth?

Could we actually do this? 

Neither one of us have family that had done it but we figured why not try!

So a team was born and we built it from two people to 42. In one year we put $7 million in gross sales on the board and paid out $3.9 million in commissions to the team.

Personally I closed at a 96.7% rate and crossed a million dollars in commission in one year — same hours, three times the income — because I stopped trading time for money and started building leverage.

The money stories they inherited from their parents. The ceiling their brain set before they ever knocked a door. I've watched talented people wash out because of that invisible stuff — and I've watched average people become top earners because they dealt with it.
